Follow a structured gym programme that will help you to build full body strength. Each month there will be a focus on a different compound lift plus added progression to increase performance and improve results.
Whether you are looking to lose fat or gain muscle this programme is suitable for anyone.
If you have minimal training experience, it is reccomeded you book a block of 1 to 1 PTs before transferring onto this programme.
FAQ
Will I follow a diet plan?
You will be given meal plans plus meal ideas and a FREE recipe book. You can eat what you like within your calorie and macro range. This makes your diet more enjoyable and sustainable. Your calories and macros will be personal towards your goals.
How long are the workouts?
They are 60 minutes sessions. There are 3 full body resistance based workouts plus an optional lower body, upper body and glute focused workout.
Is cardio included?
There are cardio elements in the circuits days however you may choose to add cardio to the Full Body sessions depending on your goal.
Will I get results?
YES 100%. If you follow the daily non-negotiables - including steps, water and adequate sleep - and stick to your nutrition plan. Check in monthly with your trainer to get personal feedback.
Is the programme personalised to me?
No, this is a full body programme that everyone is able to follow. However if you want a more personal approach please get in touch about online coaching.
How much does it cost?
