Fitness with Flo believes in developing long term sustainable habits towards nutrition and fitness to improve your lifestyle and long term health.
Personal training can keep you accountable and will motivated you to exercise. You are guaranteed to see results you have struggled to achieve before.
Monthly Results Package
This package is suitable for you if you are looking to achieve results with your trainer one to one/one to two. You will be given one week to implement lifestyle habits plus a nutritional consultation before beginning your training plan. You will have access to the Fitness with Flo App whilst you have an active direct debit. This package is available for 1, 2 or 3 weekly personal training sessions (4, 8 or 12 monthly).
Minimum commitment of 3 months for new clients.

The Graduate Plan
Available to clients after they have completed their one to one personal training journey. Includes a monthly group gym plan to sustain your results via the Fitness with Flo App.
Personal Home or Gym Online Coaching Available.

Personal Training Sessions
Receive one or two weekly personal training sessions a week. Take part in resistance-based and cardio vascular exercises to improve all areas of fitness. You will have a personal plan tailored towards your goals and level of ability that will aim to get progressively more challenging over the course of your training block.

Fitness with Flo App
Gain access to the Fitness with Flo training app to keep you on track. You can use the app to monitor your body stats including measurements and weight, view your workouts and enter your weights/reps, communicate via the messenger feature and tick of your daily habits.

Check Ins
Check In weekly via the Fitness with Flo Coaching page to keep yourself accountable and receive personal feedback to ensure you make good progress throughout your journey.
