How will I track my progress?

Progress will be tracked through the fitness with Flo app. You will upload measurements and photos every two weeks.


Will I follow a diet plan?

You will be given three example meal plans to follow plus meal ideas and FREE recipe books. You can eat what you like within your calorie and macro range. This makes dieting more enjoyable and sustainable.

How long are the workouts?

They are 10 to 20 min sessions three times a week - perfect for busy working females and mums. Plus the option to complete extra classes.

Will I get results?

YES 100%. Check in weekly with me to get personalised feedback. Check out my client progress on Instagram. If you stick to your calorie target alongside hitting your daily goals including sleep, steps and water intake you are guaranteed results.
