Coaching Community
Fitness with Flo aims to show women how fitness and nutrition should be apart of everyday life.
Through weekly competitions, meets ups (this could be Christmas brunches, coffee & cake, Muddy 5ks or walks) or conditioning club (fitness class for clients) we aim to have fun in the community and grow into strong women who enjoy keeping healthy.
Weekly Competitions
Join in weekly competitions including fitness or food challenges or mindset and lifestyle competitions. Prizes to be won including vouchers and personal training sessions.

Meet Ups
Join in the fun outside of the training including coffee & cake, Festive Brunches, Muddy 5K races, walks in the Peak District and much more!

Tutorials and Workshops
Keep up to date with the latest tutorials on the Fitness with Flo Facebook group plus join me for workshop days on weight lifting, how to grow your glutes or nutrition camps.

Conditioning Club
Join our monthly client conditioning club. A free workout class to test your strength and fitness whilst socialising and having a catch up from the week.
